If you encounter an issue or you notice that any devices in the AV system are broken, contact the IT helpdesk as soon as possible via email: helpdesk@lut.fi
1. Start the AV system by pressing the power button on the touch panel
By pressing the power button the AV system will start. Depending on your choice the system will start the devices on one classroom separately or both classrooms combined.
Combined = The classrooms are combined for use
2. Connect the HDMI and USB-A cable to a PC
3. Choose the projectors and the source device
HDM1 = HDMI-cable found in the desk AV slot
HDMI2 = alternative remote device
Webcam = to control the camera in the classroom, you can find the USB-A cable in the desks AV slot which you will need to connect to a PC
ClickShare = wireless presentation, use button dongle with built-in USB-A port
Doc. Camera = document Camera, you can find the USB-A cable in the desks AV slot
