If you encounter an issue or you notice that any devices in the AV system are broken, contact the IT helpdesk as soon as possible at email helpdesk@lut.fi

1. Choose “Start system AUD1B

2. Choose “Guest PC” as the source and wait while the projector turns on

While waiting, you can attach the AV system HDMI cable to your device. (The Guest PC source has different adapters attached to the HDMI cable.)

  • On the right side of the panel, you can find the volume controls for the microphone and the attached device.

3. Shutting down the auditorium AV system

When you are done using the auditorium, please shut down the system properly. Press the “Quit” button and accept the shutdown in the prompt. The system will automatically shut down the projectors and roll up the pull-up screen.
